Bubble bags (extraction bags)

Bubble bags, a necessary item for the best Iceolator!

Bubble bags are the extraction bags used to separate the iceolator from the water that runs out of the Iceomaker. The extraction bags are offered in two sizes, the 5 gallon (18.93 l) and the 20 gallon (75.71 l). Larger extraction bags are also available on order to serve every customer. The bottom of the extraction bags consists of a very fine fabric in different sizes. The bag with the largest holes is marked 220mc, this is the waste extraction bag. This is where all the fine plant material that has passed through the sieve bag is collected. The 5 gallon extraction bag can be supplied in sizes 220, 160, 120, 73 and 25mc. The 20 gallon can be supplied in sizes 220, 190, 160, 120, 90, 73, 45 and 25mc.

Which bubble bag do I need?

If you work with clipping waste from a small plantation, an Iceomaker is sufficient and you can use the 5 gallon bubble bag. If you have more waste and you work with 2 or more machines, the 20 gallon bubble bag is recommended.

Why are there bubble bags with different large holes at the bottom?

The 220mc bubble bag is the waste bag and the rest of the extraction bags are used to filter the Iceolator from the water. Any extraction bag used more than the standard set, the 220 and 73mc, will allow for a greater variety of different sized crystals. This gives different qualities and the more bags you use, the faster the water runs through the bags.
